Six Barrel Soda Co's syrup range is designed to be mixed with soda or sparkling water, to make fancy sodas and cocktails and mocktails. 

Rhubarb & Juniper is a limited release that sparks with freshness in the wintertime. We use fresh rhubarb for a tart flavour and pink hue, organic juniper berries for floral notes and fresh lemon juice for a refreshing citrus backbone. Try it with a slice of cucumber or with light spirits or Italian aperitifs.
