Online Christmas cut off dates 2024
Delivery: For the best chance of getting your order in time for Christmas we recommend that you get your orders in by 5pm Thursday the 19th of December.
Click & Collect: Get your orders in by 12pm Monday the 23rd of December. You will be able to collect your order from our Cuba St store up until 4pm closing Christmas Eve.
Please note – cut-off dates are targets only, and we will be packing and dispatching right up until the 24th. Sending before the cut-off dates gives you the best chance of getting your item where it needs to be for Christmas. These dates are correct as of 2 December 2024, but may change due to unforeseen service impacts. NZ delivery only. Please allow 2 - 3 extra days for rural delivery. Applies to paid orders only.

We offer free shipping within NZ for orders over $100 (excludes rural addresses and special promotions). Shipping rates start at $5.90 for orders under $100

Wellington CBD Same Day Delivery with Nocar Cargo
Nocar Cargo are Wellington’s only bicycle courier company! Orders placed before 2pm are eligible for same day delivery within the Wellington CBD (postcodes 6011 and 6021). If you are still outside their service area we will get in touch to discuss your options.

Please allow 2 hours for us to get your order ready during normal business hours, and please wait till you have received an “order ready for pick up” email before coming past. Pick up hours are from 10am till 5pm daily.
Shipping FAQ's
When will my order be shipped?
-If your order is confirmed and paid for before 12pm Monday to Friday, we will aim to ship the same day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
How long does delivery take?
-We use an overnight courier service all going as planned but allow an extra day or two for rural delivery.
Is my order sent tracked?
-We use NZ Post and you will receive tracking information.
I have an issue regarding delivery of my parcel?
-If you have any issues regarding the delivery of your parcel, please contact NZ Post on 0800 268 743 and quote your tracking number.
If any issues pop up regarding items in your order, we will contact you ASAP via email to discuss options. Unfortunately stock discrepancies occur from time to time and we apologise if this affects your order!
During sale and holiday periods, orders may be subject to delay. Please allow up to three working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. If you have requested a large amount of items to be gift wrapped this may delay your order slightly too.
Australia Shipping
We offer $35NZD flat rate shipping to Australia. Large/heavy orders may incur an extra cost and we will be in touch if that is the case. Occasionally items are unable to be shipped internationally. If you place an order with any of these items in it, we will get in touch with you to discuss your options.
Please allow 4 - 10 business days for delivery to Australia. This does not include the time that may be required for customs clearance. Iko Iko has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country. You are solely liable for these charges.
International Shipping
Please get in touch with us at info@ikoiko.co.nz regarding rates for other countries.
Shipping rates will differ depending on destination and size/weight of the parcel, so let us know which items you were interested in and where they are being shipped to, and we can provide a quote.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We appreciate it can be hard to tell if it is exactly the right item for you when shopping online! If you have changed your mind or would like to exchange your purchase, this isn't a problem. Please email online@ikoiko.co.nz and quote your order number. We accept exchanges for credit, refund or replacement. All shipping costs are non-refundable and return costs are the customer's responsibility. Please email us before returning your item.
**Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on posters.**
If your order has arrived faulty or damaged please email online@ikoiko.co.nz explaining the situation. We might need your order sent back to us for assessment, if this is the case, we will arrange a courier pick up from a place and time that is convenient for you. If we have a replacement available we will send one out at no charge. In the event that we cannot supply a replacement, we will offer you credit or a refund.
Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind for purchases made in store.
