A vibrant combination of South American fruit salsa and the warmth of South Asian mango chutney.
We use Alphonso mangoes for their intense, floral sweetness, layered with fresh ginger for a clean, citrusy heat. Peruvian rocoto chillies bring a bold, intense spice with subtle vegetal notes that keep the sweetness in check.
Finally, we add finely ground carrot for body and texture, enhancing both colour and gentle sweetness while keeping the ingredient list clean and simple.
The result is a bright, expressive sauce that moves effortlessly between sweet, tangy and spicy, perfect for summer eating: over grilled chicken or prawns, fish tacos, or swirled through yoghurt to serve alongside dahl.
