A delicate blend of blueberry, Szechuan peppercorns and habanero, reimagining classic South East Asian flavours with a local twist.
Juicy blueberry and crisp green apple bring bright, tangy freshness, lifted by ginger and lemongrass. Habanero adds a vibrant, fruit-forward heat, while toasted Szechuan peppercorns deliver a gentle numbing tingle that rounds everything out beautifully.
Bold, balanced and strikingly purple. Perfect as a dipping sauce for dumplings and spring rolls, or drizzled over grilled prawns, noodles or fried rice.
