All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of GST.



Payment for orders can be made with Visa, Mastercard or Direct bank transfers. Bank transfers must be made within 48 hours of the order being placed or the order will be cancelled. All credit cards transactions are securely processed by Payment Express.



Our online shop reflect stock available in our Wellington shop only.
If you have seen a product in store but cannot find it online, please feel free to email us, and we will make it available as soon as we are able. If you see a product online that has a purple “Out of stock” banner you can make an “Email enquiry”. You can ask us to put one on hold for you when/if they come back in, or you could ask us to double check our stock levels.

If we are unable to fulfill your entire order we will contact you via your supplied email address. Please note your credit card will not be charged until we have confirmed availability. In the case where payment has been made via direct credit, a refund will be offered, please allow 5 working days for this.


If your order is confirmed and paid for before 2pm Monday to Friday, we will aim to ship the same day. Orders received after 2pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders received on the weekend will be shipped on Monday. All orders to a non-rural address can expect delivery in one to two days after receiving shipping confirmation. This is not guaranteed however, and we do encourage you to contact us if your order is required in a short timeframe.  Over the Christmas period please allow a few extra days on top of this for delivery.
Our preferred courier is PBT Couriers. All deliveries must be signed for and are not able to be delivered to PO Boxes. Please bear this in mind when supplying your shipping address.

When your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email, you can use the the supplied tracking number at to track  your order. Please make sure “pop-ups” are enabled for
It can take some time for your order to enter their system so if it doesn’t show up straight away, please check back later.

At Iko Iko we use a volumetric weight based system to calculate shipping costs. Our minimum charge $5.00 incl. GST (Gift vouchers on their own do not incur shipping cost)

All orders over $100 NZD will be shipped free of charge nationwide. (New Zealand only)

We offer $30 flat rate shipping to Australia. Occasionally items are too large or too heavy for us to ship internationally. If you place an order with any of these items in it, we will get in touch with you to discuss your options.
Returns and Exchanges


If you have changed your mind or would like to exchange your purchase, this isn’t a problem. Please email and request an RA (Return Authorisation) number. We accept exchanges for credit or replacement, but not refunds. All shipping costs are non-refundable and return costs are the customer's responsibility.

If your order has arrived faulty or damaged please email explaining the situation and request an RA number.

We might need your order sent back to us for assessment, if this is the case, we will arrange a courier pick up from a place and time that is convenient for you. If we have a replacement available we will send one out at no charge. In the event that we cannot supply a replacement, we will offer you credit or a refund.

We take your privacy and security seriously. Your personal information will only be used to aid in getting your order to you. We do not share your information with any third parties.
